Call Center Desktop (CCD) Product Manager
Responsibilities and Skills:

1. CCD Software Development: Software Inventory and Integration Development

• Desktop Domain Migration
• User Credential Migration
• Updated Security Configuration
• File Server Migration
• Application Inventory and Re-packaging
• File and Print Transfer
• Software Distribution Conversion

2. CCD Software Development Management: Project Management

Project Manager responsibilities are to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating the efforts of cross-functional teams (technology, business, vendors, etc.) in order to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager also defines the project’s objectives, manages spend, and oversees quality control throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills:

Requires the ability to:

• Create and execute project plans and revise appropriately to meet changing requirements and needs
• Manage day-to-day operational and tactical activities of a project
• Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path; minimize exposures and risks
• Proactively manage change in project scope, identifies any potential crisis or issues, and devises contingency plans to mitigate concerns
• Hold regular Status meetings with the project team and keeps members informed of updates and changes
• Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and external partners for timely completion of projects
• Manage business expectations and ensure commitments are met

Qualifications / Experience:

• Detail-oriented, results- and quality-driven, effective communicator
• Possesses a minimum of ten (10) years general business experience with concentration in MIS for at least 3-4 years
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications including Visio and Project
